If you are an Illinois resident who has used Jodi's voice features, you have rights under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, including the right to be informed of the specific purpose and length of time for which biometric data is collected and stored, and the right to request deletion of biometric data. 10.3 Residents of Other Jurisdictions

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. We take appropriate steps to ensure that cross-border transfers of personal data are handled in accordance with applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links and Platforms

When you interact with Jodi through WhatsApp or SMS, those platforms independently collect data under their own privacy policies.
